As we want to get started with the Speaker – Volunteer selection process, We’d like to announce the last date for submitting Speaker – Volunteer Applications.
If you have an interesting/inspiring talk, don’t hesitate to submit your Speaker Application here
If “Giving back to Community” is your motto, then this might be your interest!
We will stop accepting both Speaker and Volunteer Applications, Midnight (IST) Wednesday, August 31st 2016 onwards.

Not sure why volunteer call should be closed (at least not this early). Do you have a number on how many volunteers you require, have you hit that.
And don’t expect everyone you pick as volunteers to even turn. We had 3 volunteers not show up for 1st WC as organisers and then we realized how with even the three no shows we needed more hands on deck.
Bottom line you need all the help you can get!
Alex, we are delighted to receive more applications from WordPress enthusiasts from/around Nashik, than we expected! Still we are accepting applications till August 31st 2016, so we can plan out and assign tasks on/before event day for selected applicants 🙂
Yes we have plan out, number of Volunteers we may require, And the number applications we’ve received, every application is unique in its own way, In-order to make the selection process easy, We have set a cut off date to accept Volunteer Applications!
